Сancellation policy
1. Booking a room
Reservations can be made on the hotel's website, by phone or via email.
An advance payment may be required to confirm the reservation (the amount of the advance payment is specified at checkout).
After confirming the reservation, the guest receives a notification with the details of the check-in and contact information.
2. Check-in and check-out
Check-in time: from 14:00
Check-out time: before 12:00
(Early check-in and late check-out are possible by prior arrangement and subject to availability of rooms.)
3. Cancellation of the booking
Free cancellation is possible no later than 24 hours before the arrival date.
If cancelled less than 24 hours before arrival or in case of no-show, a fine in the amount of the cost of the first night's stay may be charged.
If the booking was made at a non-refundable rate, the payment will not be refunded.
